Returns and Refund Policy

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations or for another reason. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund including the original shipping cost. Only the return shipping cost from your address to our warehouse is at your own expense.

To initiate a return:

The returned product should be in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the item in good condition.

If the product is returned in a damaged state or with excessive packaging wear, a reduction in the refund amount may apply. Please pack your return carefully.

Specific Situations

  • Faulty item (broken product): A replacement will be sent free of charge.
  • Wrong product shipped: The correct item will be sent, and the incorrect item must be returned.
  • Product not received: We will launch an investigation with the courier. If unresolved within 1 week, a new item will be sent.
  • Order cancellation: If the order has not yet been handed over to the courier, cancellation is possible. Otherwise, the return process must be followed.

Notification Timeframe

  • Faulty item: Must be reported on the day of delivery.
  • Wrong product: Must be reported on the day of delivery.
  • Product not received: Must be reported 6 days after the order date (Monday to Saturday).
  • Order cancellation: Must be requested before the tracking number is issued.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and accepted, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Method of Refund

All payments are handled via Stripe. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept product exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will try to update the address.
