Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. However, this is not always guaranteed. Occasionally, items may be out of stock, which could delay your delivery. The estimated delivery time is displayed on the product page. If we are unable to meet the stated delivery time, we will inform you promptly.
Shipping Costs:
France: €6.90 per order
All listed prices exclude shipping fees.
Shipping Methods
Deliveries to France are carried out by one of the following courier partners: DNL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, DPD, GLS.
Standard delivery occurs between Monday and Saturday, typically within 4 to 6 business days.
Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Lost Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please wait 3 additional business days.
After this period, we will initiate an official investigation with the courier.
If no result is obtained within 1 week, we will ship a replacement product free of charge.
